I unfortunately lost it on a vacation. I bought a necklace from a local shop and it broke the first time I wore it. SIZING
In order to have the perfect length for a necklace or a bracelet, I encourage you to measure your neck/wrist with a seamstress tape measurer or string. You can also measure another necklace/bracelet that you love the length of. Most of the items in the shop can have a custom length. If you want a custom length, please let me know in the notes section or contact me.

WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIME?
All items are made to order and will ship out within 1-2 days.
HOW LONG ARE SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES FOR US ORDERS?
US orders with free standard shipping are sent USPS First Class Mail. Please allow an estimated 2-5 business days to receive your package. Upgraded shipping for USPS Priority Mail is available at checkout for $9. Please allow an estimated 2-3 business days to receive your package. These are estimated time frames and are not guaranteed as it may take the USPS longer.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
If an order is marked delivered by the USPS, it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS to find the package. Sugar Fairy Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail.
MATERIALS
WHAT IS GOLD FILLED?
“Gold filled” has the USA standard of 5% pure gold by weight. Gold filled uses jeweler’s brass as the core metal and the top has multiple layers of pressure bonded gold.
WHAT IS GOLD PLATED?
“Gold plated” has a very light layer of gold which is 0.05% or less on top of the base metal.
WHAT IS GOLD VERMEIL?
Gold vermeil is a heavy gold plating over sterling silver. It is hypoallergenic. The gold plating is much heavier than gold plated jewelry so it last longer.
WHAT IS RHODIUM PLATED?
Rhodium plated jewelry has a layer of rhodium on top of the base metal.
WHAT IS STERLING SILVER?
Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals.
RETURNS
I gladly accept returns within 5 days of delivery and must receive the item back within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out to me to start a return. All returns must qualify for a return. Jewelry must be unworn. All original packaging must be included (pouch/box and necklace/bracelet/earring card). Due to hygienic reasons, I do NOT accept returns on earrings. I do not accept returns on personalized jewelry. If you are eligible for a return, I will send a prepaid label for you to use to send the item back and a $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
EXCHANGES
I gladly accept exchanges within 5 days of delivery and must receive the item back within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out to me to start an exchange. All exchanges must qualify for an exchange. Jewelry must be unworn. All original packaging must be included (pouch/box and necklace/bracelet/earring card) - Due to hygienic reasons, I do NOT accept exchanges on earrings. - I do not accept exchanges on personalized jewelry.

- How to care for gold filled jewelry -
Gold filled jewelry is great for everyday wear but to prolong the life of the jewelry, we recommend the following:
+ Remove when sleeping
+ Remove before entering the pool, hot tub, or ocean
+ Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals (perfume, lotion, sunscreen, cleaner, etc)
+ Remove when active
+ Store in a closed bag when you are not wearing it
- How to clean gold filled jewelry -
Gold filled jewelry will get dirty with everyday wear and will need to be cleaned.
+ Use lukewarm water and mild soap
+ Gently scrub your jewelry with a soft toothbrush or your fingers
+ Rinse and gently pat your jewelry dry
+ You can use a polishing cloth to help restore the shine
